Prices shown are in US dollars. The App Store shows the exact price in your country before you buy.
How subscriptions work
- Free trial: monthly and yearly start with 7 days free for people who haven't had a Poppy Days trial before. One trial per Apple Account across both plans. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
- Cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
- Family Sharing: all three options can be shared with up to five family members through Apple Family Sharing. Sharing a purchase shares Plus only. It never shares health information or gives anyone access to your log.
- Restore purchases: on a new phone, open Plus and tap Restore purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Kids and purchases
In Youth mode the Plus screen starts with "Ask a grown-up". Apple's Ask to Buy also works if it's turned on for your family.
What your money doesn't buy
Paying for Plus never changes how we treat your information. We don't sell data, show ads or use your health information for anything except showing it back to you. Apple handles payment; Poppy Days only learns whether Plus is active.
